PJ Trip - Part 2

2day we hav presentation & we all went 2 PJ at the class (After we ate our meals)
It is a rainy day & traffic jam when we at there
We separate into 2 groups: Berry car (went 2 see En. Sahak + the apartment) & Liew car (went near by section 14 2 find houses)
En. Sahak brought them 2 Ken Apartment, they like the environment there & after we found the houses we went the Ken Apartment there take a look. We don knw the road so kept on round & round finally found the place.
Is quite expensive (RM 300 per head)
Then we all went 2 Millinium Square
While waiting 4 the agent, we hav a tea break at there
Then we all take a look 4 the condo
Finally we found 1 house at there

The environment quite nice

1 time went 2 PJ started at here & also end at here

Finally we decided 2 stay here

So happy finally found a house 2 stay

RM 1,600 per house and subsidies the electric except water. The agent told us bcz this is biz units so the water bills expensive. Mayb over RM100 4 8 ppl staying there

So, nxt week we hav 2 go 2 PJ again 2 sign the contract
